This work without title by Alexis Rockman was worth USD 3,250.00 (€ 3,025.79) to a buyer in March 2015. This price was achieved in the auction Joy, Love and Peace: The Peter B. Lewis Collection at Sothebys in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 800.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexis Rockman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hot House in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 24,000.00 (€ 34,465.58).
