This artwork by Alexis Rockman achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in July 2021. In the New Now auction, the work Concrete Jungle IV sold for GBP 11,340.00 (€ 13,298.50) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexis Rockman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Hot House, which sold at auction in October 2007 for GBP 24,000.00 (€ 34,465.58).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Alexis Rockman erzielte im Juli 2021 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit Concrete Jungle IV für GBP 11.340,00 (€ 13.298,50) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexis Rockman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Hot House beobachtet, die im Oktober 2007 für GBP 24.000,00 (€ 34.465,58) versteigert wurde.
