The auction ended at the price of USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,990.85), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexis Rockman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hot House in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 24,000.00 (€ 34,465.58).
