Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Alex Prager was auctioned at Phillips in London in January last year. The price achieved of GBP 2,520.00 (€ 3,020.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alex Prager achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Crowd #2 (Emma) in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 67,192.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Alex Prager kam im Januar letzten Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.520,00 (€ 3.020,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alex Prager erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Crowd #2 (Emma) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 67.192,26).
