Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April this year Phillips in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work 10:58 AM, Bunker Hill, from Compulsion by Alex Prager. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,255.00 (€ 7,477.36). Admittedly, works by Alex Prager have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Crowd #2 (Emma) in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 67,192.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit 10:58 AM, Bunker Hill, from Compulsion von Alex Prager zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.255,00 (€ 7.477,36) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alex Prager auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Crowd #2 (Emma) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 67.192,26).
