It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 12,961.43), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Al Taylor - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Peabody Group, #9 - 1992, which sold at auction in October last year for EUR 40,672.00.

Die Arbeit Untitled (Counting Without Riggers) von Al Taylor kam im März 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 12.961,43) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Für andere Arbeiten von Al Taylor mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Peabody Group, #9 - 1992 beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für EUR 40.672,00 versteigert wurde.
