Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled 05-47 by Zheng Delong was auctioned at Sothebys in London in February 2010. It changed hands for a price of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,550.42) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zheng Delong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Soul (06.08), which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 28,800.00 (€ 43,029.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled 05-47 von Zheng Delong kam im Februar 2010 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.550,42) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Zheng Delong mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Soul (06.08) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für GBP 28.800,00 (€ 43.029,77) versteigert wurde.
