Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Soul - 05.37 by Zheng Delong was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Christies in London in October 2011. It changed hands for a price of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,913.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zheng Delong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Soul (06.08), which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 28,800.00 (€ 43,029.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Soul - 05.37 von Zheng Delong wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.913,01) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Zheng Delong mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Soul (06.08) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für GBP 28.800,00 (€ 43.029,77) versteigert wurde.
