Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Red No.1 by Zhang Peng was auctioned at Phillips in London in May 2011. It changed hands for a price of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,005.65) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Other works by Zhang Peng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2009 the work Gui Fei was auctioned for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,734.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Red No.1 von Zhang Peng kam im Mai 2011 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.005,65) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 9.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Zhang Peng konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2009 die Arbeit Gui Fei für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.734,66) versteigert.
