Auction result well in line with expectations
The work White Parrot By Plum Blossoms by Zhang Kunyi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. The price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,803.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhang Kunyi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mice And Turnip in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 75,667.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit White Parrot By Plum Blossoms von Zhang Kunyi kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.803,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Kunyi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mice And Turnip im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 75.667,50).
