Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Old-Photo Red Detachment Of Women by Zhang Hui was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 25,200.00 (€ 18,842.53). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhang Hui - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Miraculous Slop Analysis 1, which sold at auction in May 2014 for HKD 525,000.00 (€ 49,651.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Old-Photo Red Detachment Of Women von Zhang Hui kam im März 2007 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 25.200,00 (€ 18.842,53) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhang Hui mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Miraculous Slop Analysis 1 beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für HKD 525.000,00 (€ 49.651,76) versteigert wurde.
