Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dizzy Series - Hong Kong Night Scene by Yin Zhaoyang was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2011. The price achieved of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 47,833.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yin Zhaoyang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Glory Mountain (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 900,000.00 (€ 919,076.09).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dizzy Series - Hong Kong Night Scene von Yin Zhaoyang wurde im November 2011 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 47.833,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yin Zhaoyang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Glory Mountain (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 900.000,00 (€ 919.076,09).
