Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Selected Images From Bathers, Chicago by Yasuhiro Ishimoto. The price achieved of USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,253.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Yasuhiro Ishimoto have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2014 the work Selected Images was auctioned for USD 11,875.00 (€ 9,477.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Selected Images From Bathers, Chicago von Yasuhiro Ishimoto zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.253,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Yasuhiro Ishimoto konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2014 die Arbeit Selected Images für USD 11.875,00 (€ 9.477,25) versteigert.
