Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Chow Yun Fat’s Fitting Room by Wilson Shieh was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 75,600.00 (€ 8,975.34). Other works by Wilson Shieh have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 162,500.00 (€ 17,885.04) in October 2017 for the work Bank Of China, Hong Kong.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Chow Yun Fat’s Fitting Room von Wilson Shieh wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 70.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 75.600,00 (€ 8.975,34) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Wilson Shieh haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 17.885,04) im Oktober 2017 für die Arbeit Bank Of China, Hong Kong beobachtet.
