Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,187.50 (€ 1,374.31) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wilhelm Hunt Diederich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Diana and Hound in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 391,500.00 (€ 348,433.61).
