It achieved a price of USD 27,500.00 (€ 23,564.70), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Will Ryman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Bed in October 2013 with an auction result of GBP 97,875.00 (€ 115,687.47).
