Die Arbeit „Concorde is Dead“. von Wilhelm Sasnal kam im Februar 2021 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 937,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wilhelm Sasnal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Airplanes im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 396.000,00 (€ 294.358,14).
