In May 2021 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Mountains Of Heaven by Wesley Tongson. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 162,500.00 (€ 17,177.51), 35% above the upper estimate. Other works by Wesley Tongson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 23,627.85) in November 2021 for the work Green Mountains.

Im Mai 2021 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mountains Of Heaven von Wesley Tongson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 17.177,51) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Wesley Tongson haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 23.627,85) im November 2021 für die Arbeit Green Mountains beobachtet.
