Hanging scroll, ink and color on paper, inscribed by the artist and dated renwu, and signed Jiaqi Hao, with three artist's seals Wang Xuehao yin and Jiaoqi, and ling song yue lian.

Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape in the Yuan style, 1822 by Wang Xuehao was sold in the The Reverend Richard Fabian Collection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, Part V The Online Sale auction at Bonhams in New York in March last year. It changed hands for a price of USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,528.62) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Xuehao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Secluded Studio in the Cloudy Mountains in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 3,870,000.00 (€ 383,781.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape in the Yuan style, 1822 von Wang Xuehao wurde im März letzten Jahres in der Auktion The Reverend Richard Fabian Collection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, Part V The Online Sale bei Bonhams in New York versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 2.805,00 (€ 2.528,62) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Xuehao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Secluded Studio in the Cloudy Mountains im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.870.000,00 (€ 383.781,95).
