Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape After Wang Meng by Wang Xuehao was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 87,500.00 (€ 9,852.63). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Xuehao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Secluded Studio in the Cloudy Mountains in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 3,870,000.00 (€ 383,781.95).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape After Wang Meng von Wang Xuehao kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 87.500,00 (€ 9.852,63) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Xuehao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Secluded Studio in the Cloudy Mountains im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.870.000,00 (€ 383.781,95).
