Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Entrée Du Village by Victor Vignon. The price achieved of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,759.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Victor Vignon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blick auf Auvers an der Oise in May 2017 with an auction result of EUR 51,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Entrée Du Village von Victor Vignon zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.759,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Victor Vignon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blick auf Auvers an der Oise im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 51.600,00.
