A top price for Valeska Soares - as previously expected
The work Untitled (Model After Vanishing Point) by Valeska Soares was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2018. The price achieved of USD 23,750.00 (€ 20,435.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Untitled (Model After Vanishing Point) is the most expensive artwork by Valeska Soares that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Untitled (Model After Vanishing Point) von Valeska Soares kam im September 2018 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 20.435,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Untitled (Model After Vanishing Point) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Valeska Soares, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
