Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ugo da Carpi could be acquired at Sothebys in London in September 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Old Master, Modern & Contemporary Prints auction, the work The Death Of Ananias (Bartsch Xii, 46.27) changed hands for GBP 688.00 (€ 986.54) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ugo da Carpi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Der Tod des Ananias., which sold at auction in April 2016 for EUR 3,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ugo da Carpi konnte im September 2007 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
