Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2016 Phillips in New York held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Bop by Trudy Benson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,716.21), 17% above the upper estimate. Other works by Trudy Benson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 32,500.00 (€ 25,736.46) in September 2014 for the work Red Giant.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2016 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bop von Trudy Benson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 15.716,21) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Trudy Benson haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 25.736,46) im September 2014 für die Arbeit Red Giant beobachtet.
