The work Sans titre by Toyen was sold in the Collection Jean-Paul Jungo auction at Christies in Paris in May 2016. It achieved a price of EUR 25,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Toyen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tu t'évapores dans un buisson de cris in October this year with an auction result of EUR 2,823,000.00.

Die Arbeit Sans titre von Toyen wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion Collection Jean-Paul Jungo bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 25.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Toyen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tu t'évapores dans un buisson de cris im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.823.000,00.
