Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Anemones In A Vase by Toon Kelder was sold in the Modern Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2014. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Toon Kelder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Encounter in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 26,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Anemones In A Vase von Toon Kelder wurde im Dezember 2014 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Toon Kelder erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Encounter im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 26.400,00.
