Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Three Birds From A Window by Tony O'Malley was sold in the Made in Britain auction at Sothebys in London in March 2019. The price achieved of GBP 938.00 (€ 1,088.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tony O'Malley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Currach, Clare Island (Recto); Evening Landscape Tehidy Hospital (Recto); Figure (Verso) in March 2016 with an auction result of GBP 434,500.00 (€ 548,599.17).

Die Arbeit Three Birds From A Window von Tony O'Malley wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Made in Britain bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 938,00 (€ 1.088,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden.
