Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Tony O'Malley could be acquired at Christies in London in March 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern British & Irish Art auction, the work Still-Life With Vase And Lemon changed hands for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,472.15) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tony O'Malley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Currach, Clare Island (Recto); Evening Landscape Tehidy Hospital (Recto); Figure (Verso) in March 2016 with an auction result of GBP 434,500.00 (€ 548,599.17).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tony O'Malley konnte im März 2016 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
