The work Sans titre (Roger) by Tom of Finland was auctioned at Bonhams in June this year. It achieved a price of EUR 44,800.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49 %. Admittedly, works by Tom of Finland have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled [Twelve Works|AID701324] in May last year with an auction result of USD 289,800.00 (€ 270,058.71).

Die Arbeit Sans titre (Roger) von Tom of Finland kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 44.800,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tom of Finland auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled [Twelve Works|AID701324] im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 289.800,00 (€ 270.058,71).
