Estimate exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Thomas van Apshoven achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in May 2016. In the Alte Kunst auction, the work Bauern beim Kegeln sold for EUR 1,548.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas van Apshoven achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Scène De Réjouissances Dans Une Taverne, D'Après David Teniers in November 2020 with an auction result of EUR 19,500.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Thomas van Apshoven erzielte im Mai 2016 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Alte Kunst wurde die Arbeit Bauern beim Kegeln für EUR 1.548,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Thomas van Apshoven erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Scène De Réjouissances Dans Une Taverne, D'Après David Teniers im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.500,00.
