A top price for Thomas van Apshoven - as previously expected
In November 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & XIXth Century Art, which included the work Scène De Réjouissances Dans Une Taverne, D'Après David Teniers by Thomas van Apshoven. It changed hands for a price of EUR 19,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Scène De Réjouissances Dans Une Taverne, D'Après David Teniers is the most expensive artwork by Thomas van Apshoven that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im November 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & XIXth Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Scène De Réjouissances Dans Une Taverne, D'Après David Teniers von Thomas van Apshoven zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 19.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Scène De Réjouissances Dans Une Taverne, D'Après David Teniers das teuerste Kunstwerk von Thomas van Apshoven, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
