In June 2017 Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Shades of Olympus by Terry Rodgers. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,046.82), 58% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Terry Rodgers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Variable Frequencies of Restraint, which sold at auction in December 2021 for EUR 106,250.00.

Im Juni 2017 führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Shades of Olympus von Terry Rodgers zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 27.046,82) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Terry Rodgers mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Variable Frequencies of Restraint beobachtet, die im Dezember 2021 für EUR 106.250,00 versteigert wurde.
