Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%

In the Erotic: Passion & Desire auction, the work The Delicate Process Of Limiting Access sold for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,240.93) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Terry Rodgers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Variable Frequencies of Restraint, which sold at auction in December 2021 for EUR 106,250.00.
