This artwork by Terry Rodgers achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in September 2018. In the New Now auction, the work The Uncertainty Principle sold for USD 30,000.00 (€ 25,813.11) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Terry Rodgers have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Variable Frequencies of Restraint in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 106,250.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Terry Rodgers erzielte im September 2018 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit The Uncertainty Principle für USD 30.000,00 (€ 25.813,11) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Terry Rodgers auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Variable Frequencies of Restraint im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 106.250,00.
