In November 2015 Phillips in New York held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work You Belong Here (blue) by Tavares Strachan. The »bidding war« ended at USD 37,500.00 (€ 35,504.64), 25% above the upper estimate. With this result, You Belong Here (blue) is even the most expensive work of art by Tavares Strachan that we have observed at auctions so far.
