Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Wondrous Peaks And Multitudinous Gully by Tai Xiangzhou was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 200,000.00 (€ 22,533.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tai Xiangzhou have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mountains and Streams in May 2017 with an auction result of 240 200,000.00 (€ 177,999.29).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Wondrous Peaks And Multitudinous Gully von Tai Xiangzhou kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 22.533,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tai Xiangzhou auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mountains and Streams im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von 240 200.000,00 (€ 177.999,29).
