Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Scars of an Ancient Error by T. V. Santhosh was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2010. The price achieved of USD 122,500.00 (€ 90,066.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by T. V. Santhosh - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Traces of an Ancient Error, which sold at auction in March 2008 for USD 337,000.00 (€ 213,223.66).

Die Arbeit Scars of an Ancient Error von T. V. Santhosh kam im September 2010 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 122.500,00 (€ 90.066,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von T. V.
