Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Afternoon Sale, which included the work Riff-Lash by Steven Shearer. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 81,250.00 (€ 92,179.17), 16% above the upper estimate. Other works by Steven Shearer have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 106,250.00 (€ 148,617.21) in October 2015 for the work Hash.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Afternoon Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Riff-Lash von Steven Shearer zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 92.179,17) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Steven Shearer haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 106.250,00 (€ 148.617,21) im Oktober 2015 für die Arbeit Hash beobachtet.
