Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Over the Bridge by Simon Palmer was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,987.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Simon Palmer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Harvesting Snow in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 24,902.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Over the Bridge von Simon Palmer kam im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 5.987,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Simon Palmer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Harvesting Snow im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 24.902,90).
