Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Shyamal Dutta Ray was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art including Indian Miniature Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in June 2012. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 11,250.00 (€ 13,930.18). Other works by Shyamal Dutta Ray have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 35,000.00 (€ 24,856.19) in September 2008 for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Shyamal Dutta Ray wurde im Juni 2012 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art including Indian Miniature Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 11.250,00 (€ 13.930,18) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Shyamal Dutta Ray haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 24.856,19) im September 2008 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
