Für andere Arbeiten von Sherrie Levine mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fountain (After Marcel Duchamp) beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für USD 962.500,00 (€ 778.469,75) versteigert wurde.
