In October 2020 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Handle With Care by Shen Shaomin. The »bidding war« ended at USD 16,380.00 (€ 14,063.71), 37% above the upper estimate. Other works by Shen Shaomin have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 26,071.12) in April 2011 for the work Mona Lisa.

Im Oktober 2020 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Handle With Care von Shen Shaomin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 16.380,00 (€ 14.063,71) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Shen Shaomin haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 26.071,12) im April 2011 für die Arbeit Mona Lisa beobachtet.
