The work La Baie, environs de St Tropez by Serge Mendjisky was sold in the Modern Art Online including Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso auction at Sothebys in London in May last year. It achieved a price of GBP 11,970.00 (€ 14,081.57), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 71%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Serge Mendjisky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Paris, Scene De Rue Grands Boulevards, which sold at auction in February 2016 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 30,432.69).

Die Arbeit La Baie, environs de St Tropez von Serge Mendjisky wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art Online including Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 11.970,00 (€ 14.081,57) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 71%. Für andere Arbeiten von Serge Mendjisky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Paris, Scene De Rue Grands Boulevards beobachtet, die im Februar 2016 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 30.432,69) versteigert wurde.
