Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2013 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Auction), which included the work Untitled #77 (Red Berries) by Saul Fletcher. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,903.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Saul Fletcher have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2020 the work Untitled #142 (Landscapes) was auctioned for USD 6,300.00 (€ 5,409.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Auction) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled #77 (Red Berries) von Saul Fletcher zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.903,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Saul Fletcher konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2020 die Arbeit Untitled #142 (Landscapes) für USD 6.300,00 (€ 5.409,12) versteigert.
