Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Meet; Preparing To Set Off; Tally Ho!; And The Kill by Rudolf Stone was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,360.00 (€ 4,861.86). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rudolf Stone - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The meet; Over the fence; In full cry; and The kill, which sold at auction in June 2002 for GBP 8,812.50 (€ 13,630.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Meet; Preparing To Set Off; Tally Ho!; And The Kill von Rudolf Stone kam im Juni 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.360,00 (€ 4.861,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Stone mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The meet; Over the fence; In full cry; and The kill beobachtet, die im Juni 2002 für GBP 8.812,50 (€ 13.630,94) versteigert wurde.
