Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Samacho by Rudolf Bonnet for HKD 16,250.00 (€ 1,799.82). This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art Online: A Moveable Feast at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolf Bonnet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Market Scene in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 25,880,000.00 (€ 3,160,878.62).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Samacho von Rudolf Bonnet für HKD 16.250,00 (€ 1.799,82) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art Online: A Moveable Feast bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Bonnet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Market Scene im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 25.880.000,00 (€ 3.160.878,62).
