Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Male Torso by Rosa Serra was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2006. The price achieved of EUR 3,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rosa Serra - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Miranda Univers, which sold at auction in December 2001 for EUR 10,575.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Male Torso von Rosa Serra kam im Mai 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Rosa Serra mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Miranda Univers beobachtet, die im Dezember 2001 für EUR 10.575,00 versteigert wurde.
