Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ski by Rosa Serra was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2009. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,400.00 – 2,800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rosa Serra - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Miranda Univers, which sold at auction in December 2001 for EUR 10,575.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ski von Rosa Serra kam im September 2009 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.400,00 – 2.800,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Rosa Serra mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Miranda Univers beobachtet, die im Dezember 2001 für EUR 10.575,00 versteigert wurde.
