Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Rosa Serra was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,062.50 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Rosa Serra have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Miranda Univers in December 2001 with an auction result of EUR 10,575.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Rosa Serra kam im März 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.062,50 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rosa Serra auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Miranda Univers im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.575,00.
