Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Robert ParkeHarrison could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in July 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Ginny Williams Collection: Part II auction, the work The Offering changed hands for USD 1,875.00 (€ 1,592.49) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert ParkeHarrison achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Suspension in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 31,250.00 (€ 27,996.77).
